One Year After the Earthquake

After this day, life has drastically changed like never before.
The earthquake was ferocious. We lost loved ones, colleagues, and friends.
We were present between the rubbles of the buildings from the very beginning.
To this day, our minds are still between the destroyed buildings,
and our ears echo the screams of the survivors in their search for the missing.

A year has passed since the life-altering event that changed us and renewed our faith
in our humanitarian rule toward the people.

Present Day - 06.02.24
We are at the same place, in Hatay province and Antakya city, that was damaged beyond words.
To preserve making professional, humanitarian, and long-lasting steps to help those affected by the earthquake
and those searching for the right to live safely and with dignity.

We have been operating at the Turkish-Syrian border for five years. We have been, and we still are - especially this last year,
drawing hope and patience from their hearts and providing them with consistent strength and support
